How do I make a referral?

  • We distribute our emergency clothing parcels through trusted organisations.

    Please contact your local school, church, Children & Family centre or other charity who can refer to us directly.

    ‍Sadly, we cannot give out aid to individuals directly.

  • Please contact us directly via referrals@apollos.uk.

    Include details of your client(s):

    • Sizes (incl. shoe size if required)

    • List of items required

    • Where school uniform is required, include details of school attended.

    When the referral is ready, a member of our team will contact you for collection from our Hub in Witney.

    Our opening times are:

    • Mon 09:30 - 11:30

    • Tues 09:30 - 13:00

    • Wed 09:30 - 13:00

    • Thur 09:30 - 17:00

    • Fri 09:30 - 12:00

    • Sat & Sun CLOSED
